1.	When I'm with a new group of people in which I don't know anyone, I: circulate and introduce myself to those who seem interesting. wait for someone to approach me first. feel uneasy and try to avoid having to talk to anyone.
2.	When my teacher asks for volunteers to answer questions, I raise my hand: never or very rarely. only every once in a while. pretty regularly.
3.	When someone of the opposite sex tries to talk to me, I get embarrassed and: after a while begin to feel more comfortable. blush, my palms get sweaty, and sometimes I can hardly talk. make up an excuse to go away.
4.	The longest I have gone without talking is: an hour or less. a few hours. a day or more.
5.	If I was in a restaurant and was served something other than what I ordered, I would: be disappointed but settle for whatever I got. tell the waiter that I was given the wrong order and ask him to bring me what I wanted. eat what I got but say something about it when the waiter brings the check.
