2.	Can you afford a down payment on a home? Yes.   Not yet.   Maybe, with a little help.
3.	Do you know what any of the following are: ARM, Fixed Rate Loan, Private Mortgage Insurance, Escrow, and Buyer's Agent? You know all of these. You know most of these. You know only a few of these (or none of them).
4.	Do you know how much you can afford to spend on a home? Yes, you've calculated what you can afford based on current interest rates and your down payment. Somewhat - you may have to stretch a little. Not really.
5.	How much debt do you have? A fair amount - it definitely cuts into your paycheck. More than you'd like. It's hard to pay it off. Little to none.
6.	Are you likely to move away from your city any time soon? No, not at all. Maybe sometime a few years from now. You're fairly likely, actually.
7.	After buying a home, how much money would you have left over for repairs, furniture, and incidental expenses? At least few hundred dollars. Probably not much. At least a few thousand dollars.
