1. You are a confirmed nonsmoker. A new colleague in your office is a heavy smoker. How do you react?

I hide the ashtrays, moan when he or she is lighting a cigarette, and hope that the person will take the hint.
At a departmental meeting, I suggest that smokers and nonsmokers not have to share offices.
I complain to the boss and demand that the company declare the whole building a smoke-free zone.

2. You are unexpectedly transferred to another branch. What are your thoughts?

This is a catastrophe. Why just now, when I have become used to the work and the people here?
I'll do it, but only if I get a raise.
That is a challenge.

3. On the bulletin board you see a note that, beginning tomorrow, your department is starting work an hour earlier. You will:

Go along with the decision. You realize you'll have more time in the evenings.
Be angry and insist on special arrangements because you find difficult to get going in the morning.
